Delivery
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. Most of the time your order will ship within 2-4 business days excluding weekends and holidays. During peak holiday times, our processing times may increase. This will be listed on our home page. Shipping transit times vary based on destination. Please allow 3-10 days for delivery. 

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

I don't accept order cancellations - upon your payment your order begins processing for shipment. 

We do not accept returns at this time, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We will work with you to correct issues. 


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
